I was pleasantly surprised to hear the roar of the flatbed truck pull up to my car. ---in record time--- My car broke down westbound, Hwy 4 on a sunny Sunday afternoon. I was stranded 5 miles from Hwy 80 and 9 miles from Martinez. AAA dispatched a Civic Center Auto Care truck to my aid. A very pleasant driver loaded my car on to the flatbed truck and away we went. It was an easy transition from being in the comfort of my vehicle to the comfort of the Tow Truck. The inside of the truck was pleasantly scented and clean. It wasn't what I pictures. The driver even helped me into and out of the truck. Saying the experience was traumatic is an understatement, The big truck rolled through the small towns on Sir Francis Drake Blvd to Fairfax with ease. The driver handled the tow with care and reassured me that the entire experience would take no more than an hour and the car would be handled with care. I had no choice but to trust the friendly man and let him do his job. The drivers casual demeanour made the experience bearable. During the drive, It was a busy day for Civic Center tow as I heard the dispatcher call out multiple calls around the area and I felt lucky to have my driver come to my rescue within 15 minutes with a flatbed tow truck. Marcelino was a great guy, very helpful, picked me up in a timely manner and gave me quite a few laughs in a less than positive situation. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a good quick tow and a good pick up. Ian D.

Needed a tow so I called civic center dispatch was clear about finding out my specific situation and sent a driver faster than expected . Immediately when the driver arrived he set up a safety zone and got my vehicle to the requested shop. Thanks a million for the GREAT service! Brandon C.
